I recently stayed at Harbour Ville for a few nights and it was fantastic. The hotel was incredibly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were helpful and provided us with extra pillows upon request. The bus stop near the hotel made getting around the city a breeze, and it was nice to be away from the busy city center but still just a quick bus ride to Chinatown. Having filtered water on certain floors was a thoughtful touch, and the air conditioning worked well. The mobile phone provided for local use was a great bonus, and we felt safe walking back to the hotel at night from the nearby bus stop.

Friendly staff, friendly owner, good breakfast, very close to the bus station, extremely clean room.

No free internet in the room, you have to go to lobby for online access and the connection is not good. Room internet is wired and too expensive. Rooms are a bit small. Hotel a bit away from mrt station, you have to take the bus there.

I had a seminar to attend in Sentosa. This hotel location was perfect as its only $6 taxi ride.

This hotel was a great find! The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained with basic amenities like a TV and hair dryer. I loved the fact that it's located just 1 km away from Sentosa Island and also outside the city center, so it was nice and quiet. The staff were fantastic and very helpful during my stay. Lastly, the breakfast included in the stay served decent food and was a great way to start the day.

All in all, my stay was lovely.

well i so amazed that they never scolded me when i woke up late before check out.. then when i told them to give some time they even gave me without extra pay.. tat wonderful...

it just the internet acess unfortunately it only applicable at the lobby..

The person cleaning the room is so friendly. We feel that she is genuinely committed to her work and is truly concerned about the guests' comfort. The front desk staff are also helpful and kind. The cook and staff during breakfast is fast and efficient although it may help that he be reminded not to create too much noise while cleaning up the plates and utensils. :-)

An appropriate and bigger space for guests to surf the internet and use free wi-fi. Presently the hotel makes use of the reception area which has very limited space and well... the conversations in the front desk can be distracting. Also, I think they should prioritize sprucing up the breakfast area and provide a variety of foods especially for guests who stay for several days.

The hotel is conveniently located near bus stops, making it easy to get to shopping areas, Sentosa Express station, and Chinatown. We were able to get to Sentosa Express station in just 20 minutes by taxi.

Hard to think of anything negative to say about this hotel.

It is only convenient because the location of the Hotel is quite near in Sentosa going to the Universal Studio...around 4 sgd for the fare...

The hotel is good but the facilities are not that good like no free colgates and etc. and also the hotel is surrounded with a smell of cigarettes which is not good for those people who are allergic and for those guest who does'nt smoke at all...

The hotel had a convenient location, with several bus stops nearby that made it easy to explore the city. There was also a clean and comfortable room, which was perfect for resting after a day of sightseeing.

There were a few downsides to the stay. The breakfast menu was limited and repetitive, which made it less enjoyable.

-Poor quality check for the hygienic of water boiler and cups provided in the room. -Information about breakfast as shown in the internet is not clear (No breakfast will be provided on Sunday)

Nothing, even wifi was not included in the hotel stay

Especially during breakfast, lack of staff and no preparation was made.. Poor service.. No hot water in room. Room was really too small

The location of this hotel was great because it was close to Sentosa Island and VivoCity, which is a huge shopping center. It was also near a bus stop, making transportation around the city a breeze. Our room was always kept very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was enjoyable, especially the fresh pastries and coffee.

The size of the room was a bit small and the bed was not very comfortable.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. it offered great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location, just 1 km away from Sentosa Island, was perfect for exploring the area without being in the busy city center. The staff provided excellent service, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The basic amenities in the room were just as shown in the photos, and I particularly liked the fact that the toilet was separate from the shower. The room was equipped with a TV and even had a card system for added security. Additionally, having breakfast included was a great bonus. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.
